We know that back or neck injuries and related medical conditions can result in chronic pain and total disability - even in cases where the symptoms of the condition do not show up on objective tests like X-rays and MRI scans.

We will talk to you about your conditions and how they affect your daily life. We will ask about your past medical treatment and the results of the treatment for your conditions. If you have not seen a doctor for your neck or back problems, we will encourage you to do so in order to establish a record of treatment. We will also inquire about other physical or psychological conditions that may contribute to a finding of disability.
